When I use my Ploom X, the tobacco stick is moving. Is this normal?

That shouldn't happen and probably means you haven't pushed your [BRAND] stick in quite far enough.

Gently insert your [BRAND] stick to the point where it offers slight resistance and comes to rest.

Your Ploom has four gripping ribs at the top of the heating chamber, which help to hold the [BRAND] stick in place so it doesn't freely move during use.
