There are two ways to trade in your device. Either visit ploom.jo, log in, select 'Trade-In' and follow the instructions, or bring your device to any Ploom store and trade it in on the spot. Our Ploom Care experts are also always there to help.
As a Ploom Club member we give you the opportunity to trade-In your old device to the latest model at a special price, while disposing of your old one in a responsible way.
