My Ploom X Advanced isn't charging. What should I do?

There are a few different reasons why your Ploom X Advanced battery might not charge.

1. Your USB Type-C cable might not be connected properly. Double check everything's plugged in correctly.

2. Your USB Type-C cable might be faulty. Try using a different USB Type-C cable and power socket. It's best to use the official Ploom X Advanced USB Type-C cable.

3. Reset your Ploom X Advanced. To do this, remove the front panel. If you're not sure how, watch our video.
