Follow these simple steps:
1. Close the cover.
2. Gently pull the magnetic front panel to remove it.
3. Press and hold the small button in the centre of your Ploom device with a thin, blunt tip - a ballpoint pen is good.
4. Your Ploom should vibrate. If not, press and hold the button again.
5. Once your Ploom has vibrated, put the front panel back on.
