How do I remove the lock on my Ploom X?

If you've set up a device lock, it’s easy to remove. Here's how:

1. Connect Ploom X to power.

2. Open and close the cover, then press and hold the button until it vibrates.

3. Put it down while a light flashes for 20 seconds.

4. After 20 seconds, it'll vibrate and the light will flash twice.

5. All done - password removed.
