My Ploom X isn't working. What should I do?

Try these three simple steps:

1. First, check your battery level. If it's low, plug your Ploom device in to charge.

2. If that hasn’t helped, it’s time to reset your Ploom:

1. Close the cover

2. Remove the front panel.

3. Press and hold the small button with a thin, blunt object until your device vibrates.

4. Replace the front panel.
