My Ploom X isn't charging. What should I do?

First, check three things:

1. Your USB cable [Insert link: USB cable PDP] might not be connected properly. Double check everything's plugged in correctly. It's best to use the official Ploom X cable.

2. Your USB cable [Insert link: USB cable PDP] or power socket might be faulty. Try using different ones.

3. Reset your Ploom X. To do this, remove the front panel.
