How do I register my Ploom X?
Registering your Ploom device is quick and easy.
Using your phone, simply scan the unique QR code that you’ll find in the inner lap box your device came in. (There’s another QR code on the outer lap of the box, but that’s for retailers and is not the code you need to use here.)
Scanning the QR code will take you to a page to create your personal account. Simply fill in your details to register your Ploom. That’s it!
When you register your device, not only will you activate your device warranty, you’ll also automatically receive Ploom Club points in your account.
